INTERNSHIP TRAINING

The Internship Training Program will consist of five meetings:
Online Meetings that will start in December, 2024
There will be one zoom meeting 90 minutes the second Saturday of every month Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar
Topics covered will include:
Leadership, Confidence, Public Speaking, Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, Systems Thinking, and Crisis Management
Remedial zoom trainings will be scheduled on select weeknights
Then there will be two on-site meetings in March and April to refamiliarize kids with Mezzacello Urban Farm, as I am always updating and improving it.
FINAL TRAINING
Onsite Teacher Training and Intern Traininig to cover Teaching the Teacher
